UBI Fee payment problems/issues/information

Dear Teachers

It is observed that at the end of every quarter there are multiple issues related to fee collection portal are coming up.

Some of the issues are such that they can be easily taken up by class teachers like

• Name(Spelling) Change : This can be taken up be the teachers using edit option after taking due permission of the Principal
• DOB errors

There are other issues that require Principal's intervention like

• Promotion/demotion
• Activation/Deactivation
• Problems regarding amount of fees

For those issues a notebook was being maintained. But still there is miscommunication and then the parents, students and teacher all  have to face hard times. It is therefore requested that the problems may be formally brought to the notice through this form.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES ATTENDING INTERVIEW FOR CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT

• Reporting time 8.30 am.
• Registration time 8.30 am to 9.30 am.
• All originals to be brought for verification and one copy of  attested xerox copies to be submitted along with the application form.
• Come prepared with lunch as the interview may continue till late afternoon.
• No TA/DA admissible for attending the interview
• Essential qualification and remuneration for all the posts are mentioned in the KV website (www.kv2tambaram.tn.nic.in)
• The application form to be filled up online through the school website mentioned above.
• The printout of the filled application to be brought for the walk-in interview on 14 Mar 2017. (Tuesday). If you are applying for multiple posts bring multiple copies of the form.
• Any incomplete data form in the application may not be given due weight-age at the time of interview.
