Some of the issues are such that they can be easily taken up by class teachers like

- Name(Spelling) Change : This can be taken up be the teachers using edit option after taking due permission of the Principal
- DOB errors
There are other issues that require Principal's intervention like
For those issues a notebook was being maintained. But still there is miscommunication and then the parents, students and teacher all have to face hard times. It is therefore requested that the problems may be formally brought to the notice through this form.
- Promotion/demotion
- Activation/Deactivation
- Problems regarding amount of fees
